Robins and Ducklings Conkers Trip

Robins and Ducklings are getting very excited about their trip to Conkers this Friday. Children will be taking a packed lunch for the day. You can provide this, but if you would like to, you can request a free packed lunch from school (this will include a sandwich, snack and drink). If you would like a packed lunch from school can you please let the office know on Thursday morning. The weather forecast is for rain showers throughout the day, some of them heavy. In light of this, please ensure your child has their coat with them. Children won't need uniform, but can come to school in Forest School type clothing. We are now planning on taking wellies with us. Children can come to school in shoes or trainers and carry their wellies on to the coach. It means we can then put clean footwear on when we get back on the coach. Please provide a carrier bag or similar to put dirty wellies in. If wellies are already in school, we will collect them in the morning before we leave. Don't forget a small towel for the bare foot walk, which we will still do if time allows. The weather doesn't look great, but we won't let it get in the way of everyone enjoying a great day out.
