Robins and Ducklings have had a very exciting morning, visiting Santa at Tamworth Snowdome. The morning began with the chance to play in the snow. Despite Mrs Perry telling the children not to throw snowballs at Mr Forman, lots of them did anyway! It was difficult to tell who was enjoying themselves more, the children or the adults. Some of the children made snow angles, lots of them had fun on the sledging slopes and several were pulled around on the wooden sledges. It was lots of fun. Once the snow play has finished, we all went to see Santa who, with the help of lots of his friends, sang an interesting version of the Twelve Days of Christmas. After that, we had the chance to see many of Santa's animals and have a go on the carousel ride. The children were very well behaved and, no doubt, this will help to ensure they stay on Santa’s good list. Thank you to those parents who offered to support the trip, and a special thank you to the parents who helped this morning – I’m sure Santa will have taken note! Well done Robins and Ducklings – you were brilliant, as ever!
